Digital Products

BITBRUK products are digital software distributed via the Chrome Web Store.

Digital Content Waiver

Our products are digital content, delivered immediately upon purchase. By accessing the product, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal is waived once the digital content has been accessed, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen).

Defective Products

If a product is defective or does not function as described, you are entitled to a remedy under EU consumer protection law regardless of the digital content waiver.

Subscriptions and Free Trials

Smart Bookmarks AI is offered with a 14-day free trial. Starting the trial does not charge you and does not create a paid contract. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, no payment is taken.

If you subscribe and later cancel, access continues through the end of the current billing period. Cancellations do not automatically refund unused time unless required by law. You can cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal accessed inside the extension.

Refund Request

Email billing@bitbruk.com with your purchase details. We will process your refund within 14 business days. Your statutory rights under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU are preserved regardless of this policy.

Chrome Web Store Purchases

For extensions purchased or upgraded through the Chrome Web Store, Google's refund policies may also apply. Contact Google support for Chrome Web Store-specific refund requests.

Free Products

Free products and free tiers do not require refund processing.
